1: This instruction is for prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses only.
2: PD (Pupillary Distance) data must be included in the prescription. Click here to see an easy way to measure it yourself.
3: You can provide us your prescription within 7 days of checkout. There is no need to provide prescription before placing the order.
There are 3 ways to provide the prescription:
1. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can send us a photo of your prescription data by replying to this email;
2. Send an email with a photo of the prescription data to support@elklook.com using the email address you registered on the ELKLOOK website;
3. Send a photo of the prescription data via Whatsapp to +1(513)-472-1641 using the mobile number you left in your order.
