Elklook does not view, store, or process your raw credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes on our servers. 3. Currency and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are denominated and processed in United States Dollars ($ USD).
If your local currency is different from USD, your bank or credit card issuer will automatically convert the transaction amount based on their current exchange rates. Please note that your financial institution may also apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. Elklook is not responsible for these external bank fees, and they are non-refundable.
4. Sales Tax and Fee Transparency
We believe in 100% price transparency. There are no hidden fees, recurring subscriptions, or surprise charges added to your purchase.
- Sales Tax: For orders shipped within the United States, sales tax may be applicable depending on your state and county regulations. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically based on your shipping address and will be clearly displayed as a separate line item before you finalize your payment.
5. Order Verification and Anti-Fraud Protocols
- Please ensure that your billing address matches the information on file with your credit card statement.
- If our risk assessment system flags an order as high-risk or potentially fraudulent, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the shipment and contact you via our official email (Service@elklook.com) to verify your identity.
6. Refunds and Processing Times
Any refunds approved under our standard Return & Refund Policy will be issued back exclusively to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Once a refund is initiated by our system, it typically takes 3-7 days for the funds to reflect on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
- Please note that processing times for BNPL services (Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm) are subject to their respective platform terms.
7. Billing Discrepancies & Customer Support
If you notice any duplicate charges, billing errors, or incorrect amounts on your financial statement, please contact our dedicated customer support team immediately. We investigate and resolve all billing inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours.
